Do you offer refunds?
We believe great virtual staging should speak for itself, so we made it easy to try before you commit. Start with one staged room for just $39. If you don't love it, we'll refund you completely, no questions asked. Love it? Great! Your $39 is fully credited toward any package when you upgrade. Once work begins on a full package, all sales are final.

How fast is the turnaround?
Free Proofs are typically delivered within a few hours during business days. Full Packages are delivered within 48 business hours after the Intake Form is submitted. Rush Delivery with a 24-business-hour turnaround is also available.

Are your images MLS-compliant?
Our staging is cosmetic-only and complies with standard MLS guidelines. Unlabeled images are provided for general marketing, while labeled images include a subtle “Virtually Staged” watermark when required by MLS boards.

What if I already use an AI staging app?
AI staging apps often create unrealistic results like floating furniture, distorted scale, and unnatural lighting that sellers dislike and buyers do not trust. Confidence drops, and they move on. Our designer-led process focuses on realism, scale, lighting, and psychological staging to create stronger buyer connection and better results.

Do you use AI in your process?
We use AI the way a professional photographer uses Photoshop, as a tool to enhance the final result, never to replace a designer's skill or judgment. Every image is crafted by a human designer with expertise in interior design and architecture.

What if my original photos are not ideal?
For best results, submit high-resolution, well-lit JPG images. Vacant homes can be staged, furnished or cluttered homes can be digitally decluttered, and if a photo is too blurry or low-resolution, we will request a replacement.

Can I request specific styles or furniture?
Yes. You can share style preferences and request specific furniture selections through the Client Intake Form.

What if I want changes or refinements?
Several full packages include revision rounds. Additional revision rounds may also be purchased as an add-on if needed.

Do you stage outdoor spaces?
Yes. Patios, decks, pools, and other outdoor areas can be staged as part of full packages or selected add-ons.

What files do I receive?
You receive high-resolution JPGs optimized for the MLS, including both clean versions and “Virtually Staged” labeled versions where needed.

Who owns the final images?
You or your client receive lifetime marketing rights for the staged images once the project is complete.

Do you follow Fair Housing guidelines?
Strictly. We avoid human figures, religious symbols, and any design elements that could imply preference, bias, or steering.
